Marine Reach Print E-mail
Since the beginning in 1990 Marine Reach has reached out in practical ways. Thousands have received clothes, food, housing and medical care.

Trucks equipped with dental clinics are used by the medical teams to reach out to isolated villages in the southern Pacific and south east Asia as an expression of love and compassion to people, who only dream of such care.

Permanent medical clinics with volunteer workers are planed for these nations. Special "Mercy Containers" are sent to areas of great needs, and many primary health teams have already visited several nations in the Pacific area and Asia.

In a common year in the southern Pacific Marine Reach has:

- Distributed 1,5 million kilo emergency supplies - i.e. clothes, construction materials, food, seeds and medicine.

- Completed 830 life transforming surgeries - i.e. ortopedic surgery, remove cataract and lip/cleft palate

  - Completed 6.790 dental surgeries.

- Treated 8.880 people in villages.

- Held seminars for hundreds of nurses, local pastors, volunteer first aid helpers, agricultural and health workers.
